How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Hanar Sourcing customer account and associated data directly from the mobile app. This page exists so the steps are available without needing to open the app first.

📱 STEPS TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Open the Hanar Sourcing app and log in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Edit Profile.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
If your account has a password, you'll be asked to enter it to confirm it's really you.
Confirm the deletion. Your account is deleted immediately — this cannot be undone from the app.

⚠️ WHAT DELETION MEANS

Permanent: Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered and you'll need to register again to use Hanar Sourcing.
Immediate sign-out: You're signed out of the app on all devices right away.
Your data: Your profile is deactivated and removed from active use across the platform. Records tied to legal or financial obligations (such as completed orders and quote history) may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
